A surprisingly full and busy weekend ahead here – I hope all of your are drinking down the end of summer to its last dregs. Fall is on the way, which for me is a blessing and by far my favorite season. Can you believe how quickly time passes?
This week I talked about the “human” nature of God, the Christian phrase I most want to banish, and how our faith is informed by our culture.
Next week I’ll be leaving on a 12-day vacation. But the blog will still be here! I’ve scheduled posts in my absence – just know that I won’t be able to comment or interact on them until my return. Any of your prayers for safe travel and God’s opportunities on the journey would be most welcome.
